Childcare Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Childcare Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Director or Assistant Director in a childcare center. As the Childcare Manager, you will work closely with the Director and other management staff to ensure the smooth operation of the center.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the center.

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and the staff.

Responding to incoming phone calls from parents/guardians, staff members, and external parties.

Providing support in classrooms for staff call-outs, breaks, or when teachers need assistance with classroom management, activities, or child supervision.

Requirements:

2 years of licensed childcare experience.

Previous experience as a Director or Assistant Director in a childcare center is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of minimum standards.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with the Director and other management staff.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
