Early Childhood Educators Impacting Youth Through Soccer

THE ORGANIZATION :

Soccer Shots serves preschools, elementary schools, and public locations all over San Diego. We positively impact thousands of children and their families through our enrichment program.

Please apply, even if you have never played soccer! We provide all training, curriculum, and uniforms/gear!

THE JOB :

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Teach children between the ages of 2-10 character development and soccer skills
• Create a safe, fun, environment for children through the game of soccer
• Be FUN and have a great sense of humor

PERKS :

• Compensation is $18-$22 PER session coached. Sessions can be 30, 45, or 55 minutes long, depending on the age group you are working with!
• 17 for assisting and training shifts
• $800 signing bonus for completed 12 Early Childhood Education units
• We provide financial assistance for 12 ECE units that you complete with us within 6 months of employment along with a raise once courses are completed

REQUIREMENTS :

• Soccer Shots Coaches must love children and be ready to have fun!
• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and a valid Driver’s License (we drive all over San Diego County)
• DOJ & FBI Cleared background check we will provide this for you once offered the position
• Immunizations (TB test, MMR, Tdap)
• CPR Certification (not needed on hire date, must be completed within first 6 months of employment)
• Minimum of a 1-year commitment upon onboarding
• Must already live in San Diego at the time of application
• Employment is contingent on cleared FBI & DOJ Livescan

SCHEDULE :

• We have a flexible work schedule and will work with your availability
• Be available 90% of operating hours Saturdays included
• Guaranteed 40 hours a week
