Job Description

A preschool teaching center is seeking dynamic, motivated, and passionate Part-Time and Full-Time Teachers to become integral members of our team.

Responsibilities:

Devise and execute a bilingual curriculum with creativity and autonomy, ensuring a well-rounded approach tailored to individual child needs
Foster a positive and secure environment conducive to children’s play and learning
Effectively manage classrooms using positive redirection, problem-solving, and attentive listening
Build positive relationships with both families and fellow teachers
Collaborate with other staff and external partners to create enriching experiences for children and their families
Engage parents to deliver optimal care and education for their children
Assist in additional tasks as directed by management
Contribute positively as a team member, offering support and cooperation
Qualifications:

Minimum one year of preschool teaching experience
Possession of a current Child Development Teacher permit
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform duties indoors and outdoors
Successful completion of all federal, state, and local background checks, meeting specific state guidelines
Willingness to obtain or possess required certificates (CPR/EMS First Aid, Mandated Reporter, etc.)
Maintain a positive demeanor, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for education
Exceptional communication and customer service skills with children, staff, and families
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
